ESCIN
Synonyms:
Escin, Aescusan, Escin+Thiamine.
Description
Venovenomotor means. Standardized by water-alcohol solution of saponin from the seeds of the plant of aesculus of hippocastanum. Composition: escin, thiamine.
Pharmacological action
Angio protector and corrector of microcirculation, decreases the concentration of lysosomal ferments and prevents the disintegration of mucopolysaccharides in the wall of capillaries, it decreases the trans-capillary filtration. The permeability of vessels is decreased, preventing the filtration of low-molecular proteins, electrolytes and water into the intercellular space. The symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency are removed (sensation of fatigue, gravity, stress, itch, pain and the swelling of feet).
Indications for use
For the preventive maintenance of thromboses, with the venous stagnation, the expansion of veins and others
Method of application and dose
Inward to the food on 12-15 drops of 3 times in the day.
Side-line action
Is rare - irritation of mucous membrane of the digestive tract (dyspeptic disorders); allergic reactions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Form of the release
In the bottles on 20 ml, the lozenge of № 100.
Aescusan is used for treatment of prevention of thrombosis, venous stasis, varicose veins
