ANAVENOL
Description
Combined preparation in the form of the lozenges, which contain of esculin (close one in the action to escin) of 1,5 mg, dihydroergocristine (mesylate) of 0.5 mg and rutin 30 mg, or in the form the drops, which contain in 1 ml (20 drops) of esculin 1,5 mg, dihydroergocristine (mesylate) of 0.5 mg and rutins of sodium of sulfonate 40 mg.
Pharmacological action
Venomotor means for treating the chronic venous diseases.
Indications for use
chronic venous insufficiency, the additional treatment of the ulcers of shin and thrombophlebitis.
Method of application and dose
Within a week are assigned on 20 drops 3-4 times a day or on 2 lozenges of 3 times in a 24 hour period after food. For a period of 2-3 months is assigned the supporting dose - 20 drops of 2-3 times in the day after food.
Side-line action
Headaches, vertigo, a feeling of fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin allergic reactions, swelling the mucous membrane of the nose, metro- and menorrhagia.
Contraindications
Hemophilia.
Form of the release
Drops on 25 ml in the bottle, lozenges in the packing on 60 pieces.
