Description
Active substance - Pyricarbate: Bis- N -methylcarbamic ether of 2,6- bis -oximethylpiridin, or 2,6-piridinil- bis (methyl- N -methylcarbamat).
Pharmacological action
Atherosclerotic process decreases, it contributes to an improvement in the blood circulation, antibradykinin action renders.
Indications for use
Atherosclerosis of the vessels of the brain, heart, extremities, diabetic retinopathy, the thrombosis of the veins of retina, obliterating endarteritis, the trophic ulcers of shin.
Method of application and dose
Inward on 0.25 g of 3-4 times in the day, if necessary to 3 g in a 24 hour period. Course of treatment - 2-6 months.
Side-line action
Are possible dyspeptic and allergic reactions, headache.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, hepatic insufficiency.
Form of the release
Tablet on 0.25 g, in the packing of 100 pieces. Ointment for the external application.
Storage
Tablet - in the protected from the light place; ointment - in the cool place; to protect from the freezing.
