Description
Active substance - mibefradil hydrochloride.
Pharmacological action
Selective blocker of calcium channels. Because of the vasodilation of heart the supply of myocardium by oxygen is improved.
Indications for use
Essential and nephritic hypertension; chronic stable stenocardia.
Method of application and dose
Inward initial dose - 50 mg of 1 times in a 24 hour period, is possible an increase in the dose to 100 mg in a 24 hour period.
Side-line action
Bradycardia, edemas, weakness, vertigo.
Contraindications
Syndrome of the weakness of sinus unit, AV- blockade, the increased sensitivity to the preparation.
Form of the release
Tablet on 50 and 100 mg, in packing 14, 28, 98 pieces.
