Description
Extract from dry leaves of digitalis of purple, which contains the sum of glycosides (digitoxin, gitoxin and other).
Pharmacological action
Cardiotonic means.
Indications for use
Heart failure.
Method of application and dose
Inside of 0.4-0.8 mg 2-4 times a day.
Side-line action
With the overdose bradycardia, nausea, extrasystole.
Contraindications
Acute endocarditis; caution during the fresh myocardial infarction, the disturbances of rhythm is necessary.
Form of the release
Tablet on 0.8 mg, in the packing of 10 pieces, suppository on 0.0012 g, in the packing of 10 pieces.
