Description
Active substance - Acetylpreload beta. Novodigal - cardiac glycoside - the derivative of preload.
Pharmacological action
Force and speed of the heart contractions increase, slows heart rate, slows down AV conductivity.
Indications for use
chronic heart insufficiency; tachyarrhythmia fibrillaris; preventive maintenance and the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
Method of application and dose
The regime of dosing includes conducting the saturating therapy and supporting treatment.
3 times are rapidly assigned by adult with conducting of the saturating therapy on 200 mg in a 24 hour period during 2 days.
With conducting of the saturating therapy at the slow rate they assign on 200-300 mg in a 24 hour period during 4 days.
With conducting of the supporting therapy they assign daily at the dose of 200-300 mg in a 24 hour period (as far as possible in the morning).
Solution for the injections is used commonly for conducting the saturating therapy.
Side-line action
From the side of the cardiovascular system: bradycardia; AV- blockade and other disturbances of conductivity; arrhythmia (ventricular extrasystole, supraventricular and ventricular tachycardia and other).
On the part of the gastrointestinal tract: frequently are observed the loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting; are thinner frequent - diarrhea and abdominal pains.
From the side CNS, the psyche and the visual organ: are possible sleepiness, headaches, disturbances of sleep; in the rare cases - night nightmares, disorientation, excitation, depression; the disturbance of sight (in particular color perception change in the greenish yellow spectrum). It is rare - hallucination, psychoses, aphasia.
Allergic and immunopathologic reactions: skin reactions (erythema), thrombocytopenia, lupoid-erythematic syndrome.
Contraindications
Glucoside intoxication; ventricular tachycardia; the AV- blockade of the II and III degree (with exception of patients with the driver of rhythm); syndrome WPW; hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; idiopathic hypertrophic suβ-aortal stenosis; the aneurysm of the breast division of aorta; the syndrome of carotid sine; the increased sensitivity to the preload and its derivatives.
Form of the release
Tablet on 200 mg, in the packing of 50 pieces; ampule in 1 ml of 200 mg, in the packing of 10 pieces.
