Description
Active substance - spirolactone (Spirolactonum): g-lactone-3-(3-oxo-7a-tioatsetil-17b-hydroxy-4-androstene-17a-yl) propionic acid.
Pharmacological action
The expressed diuretic action renders; it does not substantially influence the nephritic blood circulation and the function of nephritic ducts, does not disrupt acid-base state in the organism, it possesses hypotensive action.
Indications for use
Aldactone is used to treat edema in patients with congestive heart failure, syndrome nephrotic, hepatic cirrhosis or high blood pressure. It is also used for treating or preventing hypokalemia (potassium deficiency in the blood) and hyperaldosteronism. Edemas, caused by cardiovascular insufficiency; cirrhoses of the liver and other illnesses, which are accompanied by ascites, by edemas and other.
Method of application and dose
Inward on 0.075-0.3 g in a 24 hour period. Adult usually are assigned by 0.1-0.2 g into 2-4 methods. With an improvement in the state they gradually decrease the dose up to 0.025 g.
Side-line action
Vertigo, sleepiness, dermatosis. Hyponatremia and hyperkalemia are possible.

Sharp kidney deficiency

Tablet on 0.025 g, in the packing of 20 pieces.
