Medicinal properties
Sympatholytic means, which block the presynaptic ends of adrenergic neurons.
Sympatholytic reserpine, raunatin, izobarin, ismelin, oktadin, guanetidina sulfate, ornid, bretily, dopegit, aldomet, metildofa used to treat hypertension, mental illness, psychosis.
