The medicines, which reduce the tone of vascular wall, widely are used in the clinical practice for treating such widespread illnesses as arterial hypertonia, ischemic disease of heart, sharp and chronic heart insufficiency, the diseases of the vessels of the brain and peripheral vessels, and also other nosologic units.

The points of the application of vasodilators are different. Thus, some of them realize its effects at the level CNS (clonidine, moxonidine and other), part - at the level of peripheral nervous system (ganglioblockers, selective and nonselective α- adrenoblockers, sympatholytics), and others directly reduce the tone of the smooth-muscle cells of vessels (organic nitrates, the antagonists of the ions Ca2+, ACE inhibitors and other).

Combipres is a combination of drugs used for treatment of hypertension, with swelling. This prevents damage to blood vessels in the brain, heart and kidneys as a result of stroke, heart failure or kidney failure.
