Description
Active substance - Hydralazine: 1-Hydrazinophthalazine hydrochloride.
Pharmacological action
AD reduces, adrenolytic and sympatholytic action renders.
Indications for use
Hypertonic disease, including malignant hypertonia. Is more effective with the early stages of disease. It adapts with eclampsia. It is shown with the kidney deficiency.
Method of application and dose
Inward after food. Initial dose of 0.01 g of 2 times in a 24 hour period with a gradual increase to 0.025 g of 4 times in the day. The course of treatment several weeks with the gradual decrease of dose.
Side-line action
Tachycardia, pain in the region of heart, the vertigo, headache, orthostatic collapse, nausea, vomiting, rash, edemas of different localization, sweating, epiphora, an increase in the temperature. The syndrome, which resembles system lupus erythematosis, sometimes is developed with the prolonged method.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, expressed atherosclerosis of arteries, system lupus erythematosis, peripheral neuropathy.
Form of the release
Tablets, sheathed, in packing of 20 pieces on 0.01 g and 0.025 g.
